Newlyn Silver and Enamel - New Gallery Page Added
I have added a small selection of photographs showing fine examples of Newlyn silver and enamel to the website. Newlyn silver and enamels will feature in my new book.
Shapland and Petter Database
Many of you may be familiar with the Arts and Crafts furniture of Shapland and Petter from Barnstaple which often featured beautiful copper embellishments. A fantastic new database compiled by the Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon has been created from the archives of Shapland and Petter. It features thousands of photographs of furniture - an invaluable resource.
New copper work added to gallery
I have added some more examples of my own copper work to the site: a house name plate in the Glasgow style and; some simple wrought copper cabinet handles. I am currently working on a private commission for a copper badge.
